Die Dingle Distillery wurde 2012 von drei Bierbrauern gegründet. Hierfür wurde ein altes Sägewerk umgebaut und Brennblasen aus Schottland installiert. Die ersten Whiskeys wurden Ende 2016 veröffentlicht und bestanden aus zwei dreifach destillierten Whiskeys, die beide ausschließlich in Bourbonfässern reiften. Dingle produziert auch Vodka und Gin.

Dingle Single Malt reifte für nicht definierte Zeit in einer Kombination aus ehemaligen Bourbon- und Sherryfässern. Abgefüllt mit 46,3 % vol. Alkohol, ohne Farbstoff und nicht kältefiltriert.

 

Aroma: Zitrusbetont mit trockenem Getreide, zarter Süße und Anklänge heller Früchte.

Geschmack: Fruchtig mit Äpfeln und Minze, Puderzucker und trockenes Getreide, würzig
