Der unabhängige Abfüller Signatory Vintage, gelegen in Pitlochry in den schottischen Highlands zählt zu den größten Unternehmen dieser Branche. Innerhalb verschiedener Serien, die alle einen unterschiedlichen Alkoholgehalt aufweisen, bringt Signatory Vintage eine Vielzahl an Abfüllungen auf den Markt, die durch hochwertige Qualität und eine solide Preispolitik überzeugen.

Mortlach 7 Jahre stammt aus der schottischen Speyside und reifte vom 07.04.2014 bis zum 27.07.2021 in zwei ehemaligen Bourbonfässern (300295+300297). Abgefüllt mit 40 vol. % Alkohol und ohne Farbstoff. Durch die fehlende Kühlfilterung entsteht eine starke Trübung des Whiskys, was beabsichtigt ist und der Serie ihren Namen gibt.

 

Aroma: Grasige Noten, frisch mit Kräutern und Zitrusfrüchten, Malz.

Geschmack: Mix aus Fruchtsäure und -süße, malzbetont mit frischer Blumigkeit.
