Die "Concept 8"-Serie des unabhängigen Abfüllers Global Whisky Ltd. aus Glasgow beruht auf der Glückszahl 8. Aus diesem Grund sind alle Whiskys dieser Serie jeweils 8 Jahre alt, abgefüllt mit 40,8 % vol. und entstammen in der Regel jeweils 8 Fässern. Ursprünglich für den asiatischen Markt konzipiert haben diese spannenden Abfüllungen nun auch den Weg nach Deutschland gefunden.

Dailuaine 8 Jahre stammt aus der schottischen Speyside und reifte die komplette Zeit in ehemaligen Bourbonfässern. Abgefüllt mit 40,8 vol. % Alkohol.

 

Aroma: Frisch und floral mit Getreide, zarter Süße und Anklängen von Obstnoten.

Geschmack: Getreide, Birne und -schale, Kräuter und ein Hauch Vanille, blumig.
