The Lochranza Distillery, known until 2020 as the Arran Distillery, was founded in 1995 and is located in the small town of Lochranza on the Isle of Arran.Under the island's name, the distillery currently markets single malts, both with and without peat smoke. In the future, however, smoky production will relocate to the new Lagg Distillery, which was newly built in the south of the island. Machrie Moor 10 Years was matured the entire time in first-fill bourbon casks and is bottled at 46% ABV.No artificial coloring and non-chill filtered.Aroma: Intense notes of sweet spices and vanilla, with underlying peat smoke.
