Camus releases the Return to Saint-Aulaye Cognac, limited to 3,000 bottles.
The fine drop is made exclusively from Colombard grapes grown on a small 1.5 hectare plot in the village of Saint-Aulaye.
After distillation in 2016, the cognac was aged in barrels made of wood sourced from the local Double forest.
Nose: Juicy pears dance with exotic pineapple and hints of spice.
Palate: Lush flavors of creamy custard, spicy ginger and tart walnuts.
